Filled with rest, relaxation, laughter, crafts, River Rituals, great conversation and so much more, the Natural Woman Retreat was a much needed time to recharge in community. 

​

A signature DeAlmas offering, The Natural Women Retreats takes your rejuvenation to the next level. We spend a weekend two-hour away from NYC surrounded by trees at in a beautiful retreat center a stones throwaway from the Tectonic River. In sisterhood,  we pour into ourselves love, restoration, play, creation, connection and resource. We have wellness activities like yoga, sound bathing, meditation, journaling, dancing, River Rituals and a powerful Labyrinth Prayer walk that holds spaces for gradtitude, silence, and stillness.
