Located in Conn (only 2 hours from NYC) and situated on 55 acres - spanning from the Trinity Forest to the Housatonic River - our program offerings (by trained facilitators) include yoga, meditation, music/dance, writing, art, a river ritual, and personal labyrinth/forest walks.  Also, DeAlmas is celebrating our 25th anniversary this year - Yes! We're gonna P-A-R-T-Y (like it's our birthday:) with a few fun surprises too! JOIN US!
